Our Story

Illume Consulting was born from a simple belief: having access to the right data and systems at the right time is mission-critical. Our story is rooted in firsthand experience; our team understands the unique challenges of the sector because we have lived them… serving as a fundraisers, educators, and nonprofit operational leaders, and now as Salesforce consultants. We saw that nonprofits were often under-served by traditional vendors who lacked familiarity or required outsized engagements. 

Our mission is to be the premier provider of Salesforce support in this space. We architect elegant, sustainable solutions that empower leaders to use data to illuminate and eliminate inequities, communicate their impact with clarity, and ensure the team has efficient systems that allow them to stay focused on what matters most: their mission.

Before entering the Salesforce ecosystem, she worked as both an educator and a fundraising professional: experience that shapes her empathetic, user-centered approach to systems design. Nora brings a thoughtful, strategic lens to every engagement, blending nonprofit operations insight with Salesforce expertise to create solutions that are clear, sustainable, and empowering for teams.

    Deandra brings more than a decade of experience in the CRM and marketing automation ecosystem, specializing in operationalizing mission-driven businesses. A Yale graduate with a passion for aligning technical expertise with social-minded causes, she excels at transforming complex organizational visions into tangible digital roadmaps. Beyond the "office," Deandra is a talented artist and storyteller, currently working on a graphic novel.

She excels at bridging the gap between big-picture vision and day-to-day execution, building the reliable frameworks that allow teams to scale their impact with confidence. A New Jersey native, Aniqah enjoys traveling, journaling, and reading.
